摘　　要：目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC法）测定健肝灵胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量。方法：采用Shimadzu C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,甲醇-水（65∶35）为流动相;流速为1.0mL.min-1;柱温为40℃;检测波长为250nm。结果：五味子醇甲在0.426-2.13μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.71%,RSD为1.07%（n=5）。结论：所建立的RP-HPLC含量测定方法准确、快速,专属性强,重现性好。Objective：An RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of Schisandrin in Jianganling Capsules.Methods：Using Shimadzu column C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water（65∶35）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1.The column temperature was 40 ℃,and the UV detection was set at 250nm.Results：The calibration curve was liner in the range of 0.426~2.13μg（r=0.9999）,the recovery rate was 99.71% and the RSD was 1.07%（n=5）.Conclusion：The method is accurate,simple and reproducible for the assay of.Schisandrin.
