摘 要:为明确7株拮抗细菌对棉苗立枯丝核菌在生物防治中的应用潜力,通过拮抗菌拌种催芽、温室盆栽测试、小区拌种测定及大田拌种测定其防治棉苗烂根病的防治效果。结果表明,拮抗菌S37和S44具有较好的促生和防病效果。在小区试验中,S37和S44对棉苗立枯病的防治效果分别为47.8%和57%,与化学种衣剂福多甲的效果相当。在新疆兵团143团和148团的大田试验中,S37对棉苗立枯病的防治效果均为37.5%,也与福多甲的防治效果相当。通过菌落形态特征观察和16S rDNA分析,对防病和促生效果最好的2株拮抗菌S37和S44进行了鉴定,结果表明,这2株拮抗菌均为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。Cotton Rhizoctonia solani-induced damping-off disease is the most important plant disease in Xinjiang cotton region.In order to appraise the applied potentiality of 7 bacteria strains with the antagonistic Rhizoctonia solani activity control Rhizoctonia solani-induced damping-off disease.Promoting growth and control effect were screened basing expedite budding,pot trail,plot and field experiment.The result show that S37 and S44 can promote cotton growth and better control cotton Rhizoctonia solani-induced damping-off disease.S37 and S44 had a better control efficacies and were 47.8% and 57% in plot tests respectively,equal the dress seeds with Fuduojia.S37 had a better control efficacy and was 37.5 %and 37.5% in field tests in Regiment 143 and Regiment 148 of Shihezi area respectively,equal the dress seeds with FUDUOJIA.S37 and S44 were identified as Bacillus subtillus basing morphological,physiological characteristic and based on 16S rDNA senquence phylogenetic analysis.
