摘 要:为了考察氮酮对复方斯亚旦生发酊中苦杏仁苷透皮吸收性能的影响,并寻找最佳的促透剂浓度,本文采用Franz扩散池法,进行大鼠皮肤体外透皮吸收实验研究。以接收液中苦杏仁苷含量为检测指标,用HPLC测定不同时间点透过的苦杏仁苷的浓度。实验结果表明,当接收液为生理盐水时,氮酮的最佳促透浓度为4%,透皮速率为15.74μg/(cm2.h);当接收液为甲醇-水(30∶70)时,氮酮的最佳促透浓度为3%,透皮速率为11.26μg/(cm2.h)。证明氮酮对复方斯亚旦生发酊中苦杏仁苷的透皮吸收具有良好的促进作用。In order to investigate the promotion effect of Azone as an additive in Compound Siyadan Tincture,and find the optimum concentration to promote the transdermal absorption,we used Franz diffusion cell to study the percutaneous absorption with excised rat skin.The amount of Amygdaloside in the received solution was determined by HPLC at different time points.The optimum concentration of Azone was 4% when the reception solution was Sodium Chloride,and the permeation rate was 15.74 μg/(cm2·h);the optimum concentration was 3% when the reception solution was MeOH-H2O(30∶70),and the permeation rate was 11.26 μg/(cm2·h).The conclusion was that Azone could effectively promote the transdermal absorption rate of Amygdaloside in Compound Siyadan Tincture.
