摘 要:以四川省大邑4井钻井废水(井深为2000m)为研究对象,研究混凝吸附—O3预氧化—二次混凝—O3/Fen-ton深度氧化工艺对钻井废水的综合处理效果,并着重考察了此工艺流程中O3/Fenton深度氧化工艺的工艺参数:O3氧化初始pH值、O3氧化时间、Fenton试剂加量等。经过合理的实验设计、反复实验及数据统计分析,结果表明:当O3氧化初始pH值为11,O3氧化时间为50min,Fenton试剂反应初始pH值为3,Fenton试剂氧化时间为3h,Fenton试剂加量为600mg/LH2O2和400mg/LFeSO4时,处理后出水CODcr为94.14mg/L,去除率高达98.3%。对于不同的钻井废水,应根据不同水质适量调节工艺参数以达到最好的处理效果。This paper takes the drilling wastewater of Dayi No.4 well(the depth is 2000 m) in Sichuan province as the research object,and the effects of flocculating and adsorption-O3 pre-oxidation-the second flocculating-O3/Fenton deep oxidation on the comprehensive treatment of drilling wastewater are studied.And the O3 oxidation's initial pH,O3 oxidation's reaction time,the amount of Fenton added and other process parameters are investigated.After repeated experiments with reasonable experimental design and statistical analysis,we understand that when the O3 oxidation's initial pH is 11,O3 oxidation's reaction time is 50 minutes,and when Fenton reagent's initial pH is 3,Fenton reagent's oxidation time is 3 hours.When Fenton reagent's amount is 600 mg/L H2O2 and 400 mg/L FeSO4,and the treated effluent's CODcr is 94.14 mg/L,the removal efficiency is 98.3%.We should adjust the parameters according to the different water quality so as to achieve the best treating effect.
