两种枇杷叶片皂苷含量测定和比较研究

摘　　要：采用香草醛-高氯酸法直接测定比较香花枇杷和普通枇杷两种样品中皂苷含量的差异。结果表明:两种叶片不同萃取部的皂苷含量差异较大,在极性较大的浓缩液浸膏、正丁醇部及剩余水相部等萃取部,香花枇杷的皂苷含量高于普通枇杷,可能存在潜在药用价值。The paper,using the method of vanillin-perchloric acid,tested saponin content of different frac-tional extract from fragrant loquat and common loquat.The main results were as follows： It had marked differ-ences in different fractional extract of two kinds of leaves.The fragrant loquat had more saponin content than that of common loquat when the polarity of fractional extract（fractional extract of concentrated,n-BuOH and the residue of aqueous phase） was stronger.The paper concluded that the fragrant loquat may have potential medici-nal value.
