无水乙醇、平阳霉素、地塞米松瘤内注射治疗体表血管瘤效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨使用更小剂量平阳霉素治疗体表血管瘤的方法。方法采用无水乙醇、平阳霉素、地塞米松联合注射治疗体表血管瘤37例,随访1年后观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果本组治愈34例,显效3例;仅2例有低热,未做任何处理,1～2天后恢复正常;无肝肾功能损害、过敏高热及肺纤维化患者。结论无水乙醇、平阳霉素、地塞米松联合瘤内注射治疗血管瘤治愈率高,疗程短,平阳霉素使用剂量较小,不良反应少。Objective To search an ideal treatment of superficial hemangioma with fewer dosage of pingyangmycin than ever.Methods Thirty-seven cases were treated by intralesional injection of dehydrated alcohol combined with pingyangmycin and dexamethasone.Then we evaluated the therapeutic efficacy after follow-up for 1 year and observed the adverse reactions of patients.Results Of the 37 cases,34 cases were normally cured,3 cases were excellently cured.Only 2 cases occurred low-grade fever and recovered after 1~2 weeks without any treatment.No functional lesion of liver and kidney,allergy,ardent fever or pulmonary fibrosis were found in any patients.Conclusion Dehydrated alcohol combined with pingyangmycin and dexamethasone intratumoral injection for superficial hemangioma has a high cure rate,short course of treatment,fewer use of pingyangmycin and little adverse reactions.
