惰性粒子流化床在涉农产品加工中的应用研发

摘　　要：针对新型高效的惰性粒子流化床工业设备,简要回顾了其研发历程,明示了相应的操作特性,同时给出了典型的工艺流程。在此基础上,分别围绕干燥与蒸发两过程操作,列举了该类设备与当前涉农产品加工领域中的若干应用与研发实例,并且分析指明了主要的困难与不足之处,探讨了相应的改进措施,旨在为进一步的研发工作提供有益参考。Aiming at fluidized bed with inert particles,one of the new efficient industrial equipments,the research history was reviewed in brief and the operational performance was elucidated,and the typical process flows were also showed.Based on it,several application and development examples of this type equipment in agriculture-related product processing were enumerated around the two process operations of drying and evaporation,respectively.Furthermore,the main difficulties and deficiencies existing in the similar research work were analyzed and pointed out and the corresponding improvement measures were discussed to provide an elementary beneficial reference for further development.
