柔性精密播种技术的研究

摘　　要：通过对国外相关技术的深入调研,分析论述了一种新型的柔性播种技术,该技术通过采用特种排种器、步进电机匹配编码器、电控变速箱、新型开沟器等新技术手段,配合已成熟的液压系统、气力输送系统等技术,很好地解决了对于小颗粒播种适应性差的问题,有效保证播种,播量、播深均匀一致,提高出苗质量,满足了精密播种的要求。同时,提出了引进新型柔性播种技术的实施建议。对该技术进行引进消化吸收再创新,研制适应于我国国情的柔性精密播种机械,对促进我国精密播种技术和播种机械的发展有着重要的意义。The development of China ＇s mechanized seeder technology has almost meet the demand of large particles crops.a variety of sophisticated machinery has also been widely used in agricultural production.However,the adaptability of China＇s planter to small particles is poor,especially operating performance,versatility and reliability of the seeder have been behind the development of the level of overseas development.This paper research the foreign related technology,analysis a new type of flexible seed technology,include special metering device,stepper motor with encoder,gearbox controlled by electricity,a new coulter,etc.with the matured hydraulic system and pneumatic conveying system,which solve the poor adaptability for the small particles very well and guarantee planting,seeding rate,uniform deep,and raise the quality of seedlings.In this paper,advance the suggests about the introduction of flexible technology,to fulfill the digestion and absorption of imported technology for further innovation and development to adapt to the conditions of our country＇s.which have a important significance to promote the precision sowing and planting machinery technology.
