摘　　要：在玉米收获机割台摘穗辊的下方安装一个板式切刀,摘穗辊在摘穗的同时又作为板式切刀的强制喂入装置。两行玉米割台中间共用一组下刮板升运器。该组升运器分上下两层:上层为输送玉米果穗;下层输送切碎的玉米秸秆。玉米果穗通过导槽将果穗输送到第2升运器直至到果穗箱。秸秆升运器将秸秆输送到横向搅龙,横向搅龙又将秸秆输送到抛送器,抛送器将秸秆抛送到集草车或草箱,实现穗茎兼收。Under the snapping roller in the corn harvester,a plate cutter is installed.The role of the snapping roller is on the hand as snapping corn ears on the other hand as the force-feeding device for harvesting straw cutter.The head of two lines corn harvester shares a group of down scraper conveyors including which are divided into two device layers,the upper as delivery of spikes,lower as transportation of chopped corn stalk.The spikes are transported to the second device by guide channel until delivered up to the ear box.The chopped corn stalk is transported by the straw conveyor device to a horizontal screw conveyor in which the chopped corn stalk is transported to throwing device.At last throwing device will sent grass straw to collection vehicle or grass box,the reaping both corn stalk and spike are realized.
