摘 要:塑膜防渗渠道防渗效果好,工程造价低,与其它防渗措施相比具有显著优势。但由于机械化施工程度不高,限制了塑膜防渗技术的推广应用。因此,针对目前我国塑膜防渗渠道土保护层作业完全依靠人工这一实际情况,提出了机械化回填保护层土壤的施工工艺,并对其关键部件的运动参数进行初步设计和分析,为塑膜防渗筑渠机的研发提供了参考依据。Compared with other measures in preventing canal leakage,leakproof plastic film has more prominent advantages.It can produce better effect with a much lower cost.Nevertheless,due to the lower degree of mechanization,the application and promotion of this technology has been greatly restricted.At present,the channel protective layer of soil is mainly constructed manually.To solve the problem,this paper aims to put forward some mechnical measures in backfilling protective layer of soil and some alternative design and analysis of the kinematic parameters in key parts in order to provide some references for further development of canal building machinery with leakproof plastic film.
