摘 要:在9R-40型秸秆揉碎机的基础上设计安装轴向喂入装置,通过改变揉碎机主轴转速进行了样机性能对比试验。试验结果表明:主轴转速为2 980~2 750r/min时,原机比轴向喂入样机生产率高;主轴转速为2 515~2 280r/min时,轴向喂入样机比原机生产率高。主轴转速为2 980~2 750r/min时,度电产量差别不大;主轴转速为2 515~2 280r/min时,轴向样机比原机度电产量高。原机揉碎度高于轴向样机揉碎度。主轴转速对轴向喂入样机的生产率和度电产量影响有明显差异:生产率在主轴转速为2 980r/min时最高,为661.87kg/h;度电产量在主轴转速为2 280r/min时最高,为160.49kg/kW.h。An axial feeding device was designed and fitted on the 9R-40 straw crumbler,then a contrast test and per-formance experiment were conducted for the trial crumbler with axial feeding device by changing main shaft speed of the crumbler.The result of contrast test between the crumbler with axial feeding device and original crumbler shows that: the productivity of original crumbler is higher than the one of trial crumbler when the rotation speed of main shaft are 2980 r / min-2750 r /min;the productivity of trial crumbler is higher than the one of original crumbler when the speed of main shaft are 2515 r /min-2280 r /min;when the speed of main shaft are 2980 r /min-2750 r /min,the difference between the two crumbler counts for little in per kwh yield,when the speed of main shaft are 2515 r /min-2280 r /min,the per kwh yield of the crumbler with axial feeding device is higher than the one of original crumbler.To sum up,the crumbler rate of original crumbler is higher than the one of the crumbler with axial feeding device.The variation of main shaft speed causes evident difference in productivity and per kwh yield of the crumbler with axial feeding device.when the main shaft speed is 2980 r /min,the productivity comes up to the highest one,that is 661.87kg /h,and when the main shaft speed is 2280 r /min,the per kwh yield reaches to maximum value,that is 160.491kg /kW.h.
