计算机模拟在玉米秸秆切碎刀研究中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了计算机模拟技术的概念以及在应用中的一般程序,并且应用计算机模拟技术对影响玉米收获机切碎部件—直抛式曲面直刃圆筒式切碎刀工作性能的主要因素进行研究。求出这些主要因素之间的函数关系,并介绍这些函数关系在切碎刀试验研究中的应用,为直抛式曲面直刃圆筒式切碎刀工作性能的试验研究提供了理论支持。In this paper,the conception of computer simulation is introduced.And the method of computer simulation is used to find out the function relation among the main factors of cutter rotating velocity,which affects on the functions of harvester chopping cutter,the stem-segment cutting length,the stem throwing distance,and power consumption.At the end,the conclusions are applied in the test of chopping cutter.
