用PLC实现莲籽穿芯脱壳机的电气控制

摘　　要：根据莲籽穿芯脱壳机的工作原理,设计出了该机的控制系统。该控制系统是基于一台FX2N-48MR型的PLC来实现的。为此,介绍了系统硬件和软件的设计思想与实现过程、莲籽穿芯脱壳机手动控制和自动控制的工作过程,达到了莲籽自动穿芯脱壳的目的,收到了预期的效果。According to principle of work for the automatic machine of lotus seed＇s drilling and peeling.Designed this machine control system,this control system was realizes based on a FX2N-48MR PLC.Introduced the system hardware and software＇s design concept and realizes process,Details of the lotus seed＇s drilling and peeling manual control and automation of work processes,achieved the lotus seed＇s drilling and peeling automatically,has received the expected results.
