摘　　要：我国设施园艺产业在需求、投资和政策等多重积极因素的带动下面临新的发展高潮,为适应新形势、顺应新潮流、准确把握产业发展的内外部环境与条件,重点研究了设施园艺产业外部支撑环境、发展需求以及内部发展状况,从经济社会发展需求、产业发展态势等方面分析了产业发展的机遇,从产业发展质量和支撑条件状况等方面分析了产业发展面临的挑战。分析认为,我国设施园艺发展虽然面临长期和艰巨的挑战,但仍处在一个难得的战略机遇期,应当以提高产业发展要素的质量为重点,以改善产业发展环境为保障,通过切实转变我国设施园艺的发展方式,在新一轮的高速发展期内实现产业升级,为产业的可持续发展奠定更坚实的基础。Facility horticulture industry driven by multiple positive factors such as demand,investment and policy faces a new developing climax.For meeting new situation,adapting new trend and controlling internal and external environment and condition of industrial development accurately,this paper studies the external supporting environment,development demand and internal development status of facility horticulture industry.And analyses the opportunities for industrial de-velopment from economic social development needs and industrial development situation,the challenges for industrial de-velopment from industrial development quality and supporting condition situation.The results show that China facility hor-ticulture development is still in a scarcely strategic opportunity period,although faces long-term,arduous challenges.So,enhancing qualities of industrial development factors should be used as emphasis and improving industrial develop-ment environment should be used as guarantee.By changing the development approach of China facility horticulture and achieving industry upgrade in a new round high speed developing period,a solid foundation will be established for indus-try sustainable development.
