摘 要:在分析先进高强度钢车身零件局部几何特征设计意图的基础上,提出并举例说明了零件局部几何特征设计意图的图示方法,讨论了该方法在零件冲压工艺设计中的应用。采用这种表达方法,冲压工艺分析人员根据车身零件设计人员提供的设计意图可针对性地提出几何设计变更,改善零件的可制造性;车身零件设计部门根据冲压工艺分析部门提供的设计意图,优化零件设计。该方法的完善和推广,有望降低车身零件制造难度,缩短车身零件设计与制造周期。Based on an analysis on the design intent for local geometric features of car body panels made of advanced high strength steel(AHSS),a graphic expression method of the design intent for the local geometric features of body panels is proposed and illustrated,and its application to the stamping process design for panels is discussed.By adopting the expression method,stamping process analysts targetedly put forward geometric design changes for improving the manufacturability of panels according to the design intent provided by body panel designer,and in turn,the design department of body panels conducts part design optimization based on the design intent provided by stamping process analysis department.It is expected that the perfection and popularization of the method may reduce the difficulties in body panel manufacturing and shorten the design and production cycles of body panels.
