摘　　要：目的分析未成年人漂浮肘的类型及采用不同治疗方法和疗效。方法对2005年7月至2009年7月间我院收治的36例未成年人漂浮肘的治疗和临床治疗进行回顾性分析。结果按Flynn表中对治疗效果进行评价。前臂旋转和肘关节的功能正常有30例患儿;12°肘关节欠屈,12°前臂旋转受限的有3例患儿;15°肘关节欠屈,16°前臂旋转受限有3例患儿。36例患儿中无肘内外翻畸形。结论对于漂浮肘应根据情况采用相应的治疗措施,积极正确的治疗后结果满意。Objective 9 To analyze the types of juvenile floating elbow and effects of different treatment methods.Methods Retrospective analysis on the treatment and clinical treatment to 36 juvenile floating elbow cases treated by our hospital from July 2005 to July 2009.Results Assess the treatment effects in the Flynn Chart.30 cases of children achieved forearm rotation and normal elbow joint functions.3 cases of children had 12° elbow joint bending difficulty and 12° forearm rotation limitation;another 3 cases of children had 15° elbow joint bending difficulty and 16° forearm rotation limitation.Among the 36 cases of children patients there were no deformity of cubitus varus or cubitus valgus.Conclusion Corresponding treatment methods should be applied to floating elbow,active and correct treatment will have satisfactory results.
