摘  要:目的探讨关节镜监视下结合微创钢板和空心钉治疗Pilon骨折的手术方法及效果。方法 Pilon骨折患者32例,在关节镜监视下结合微创钢板和空心钉小切口骨折复位及固定,在镜下同时处理关节内合并的损伤,观察治疗效果。结果 32例均获得随访,随访1~3年,平均13个月。均无感染、骨髓炎发生;优良率达90.6%。结论关节镜监视下结合微创钢板和空心钉微创治疗Pilon骨折复位固定可靠,软组织损伤小,疗效好,并发症少,有较高的优良率。同时在关节镜监视下进行复位和固定,能有效避免微创经皮钢板内固定术的缺点。并能更充分地恢复关节面的解剖关系,减少创伤性关节炎的发生。Objective Explore the combination of minimally invasive arthroscopy under the surveillance of nail plate and hollow surgical treatment of Pilon fractures and effect.Methods Pilon fractures in 32 patients,the combination of minimally invasive arthroscopy under the surveillance of hollow nail plate and fracture reduction and fixation of small incision in the microscope at the same time dealing with intra-articular injury of the merger to observe the therapeutic effect.Results 32 cases were followed up for 1 to 3 years,an average of 13 months.There was no infection,osteomyelitis occurred;excellent rate of 90.6%.Conclusion Combination of minimally invasive arthroscopy under the surveillance of hollow nail plate and minimally invasive treatment of Pilon fracture fixation,reliable,soft tissue injury is small,good curative effect and fewer complications,there is a higher fine rates.While under the watch of arthroscopic reduction and fixation,can effectively avoid the minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation shortcomings.And to more fully restore the anatomical relationship between the joint surface,reducing the occurrence of traumatic arthritis.
