摘  要:采用国产C715/ZF,DZP-200以及德国生产的HE-16V旋锻机对1×19S—1.6钢丝绳进行锻打,生产K1×19S—1.5压实钢丝绳,结果为使用国产设备钢丝绳的疲劳次数下降约25%,而使用进口设备无明显变化;对同一根钢丝绳,采用3.00,3.75,4.50,6.00 m/min不同的锻打走线速度对1×19M—3.0钢丝绳进行锻打,疲劳次数分别为3 696,4 193,3 922,3 652次,与锻打前3 831次相比变化较大。研究结果表明,使用进口设备、国产模具,并严格控制丝径配比以及锻打走线速度等,可以生产出高性能细规格压实钢丝绳。将钢丝绳的捻制设备与锻打设备结合起来,可实现在线生产。给出1×19S,1×7压实钢丝绳生产工艺参数。To produce K1×19S—1.5 compacted steel wire rope by C715/ZF and DZP-200 China swaging machine and Germany HE-16V swaging machine to hammer 1×19S—1.6 steel wire rope.The fatigue times of steel wire rope made by domestic equipment decreased by 25% but no obvious changes by imported one.To hammer the same 1×19M—3.0 steel wire rope by speed as 3.00,3.75,4.50,6.00m/min,and fatigue results are: 3696,4193,3922,3652 times,which have more changes times than before hammering(3831).The research demonstrated high-performance and fine diameter compacted wire rope can be produced by imported equipment and domestic die with strict wire diameter matching and hammering speed,etc.On-line production can be realized by combining spinning equipment with hammering equipment.1×19S,1×7 compacted steel wire rope craftwork parameters are demonstrated.
