摘 要:剑麻绳芯的结构、捻制质量对纤维芯钢丝绳综合性能有很大影响。设计剑麻绳芯时,三股和四股比较常见,纱线的直径通过支数和线密度换算得到,纱条支数允许偏差在±8%范围内,纱线不匀率在±5%范围内,通条均匀。绳芯生产过程中,严格控制绳芯质量和线密度,根据钢丝绳用途控制含油率,含油率控制在10%~15%的电梯绳用绳芯采用麻纱带浸油方式,矿山绳采用成品绳芯直接浸油方式。通过选购优质均匀纱条,合理的结构设计和有效的质量控制,可以确保绳芯质量,提高钢丝绳的耐疲劳性能。The structure,spinning quality of sisal rope core has great influence on fiber core wire rope.Three strands and four strands are common when sisal rope core is designed,diameter of yarn is calculated from its number and linear density,yarn number allowing difference is within ±8%,yarn irregularity is within ±5%,the whole length is even.Rope core quality and linear density is controlled strictly in rope core production process.Oil content is controlled according to wire rope purpose,yarn soaking lubrication is adopted by rope core for lift rope of oil content controlled from 10% to 15%,finished rope core direct soaking lubrication way is adopted by mine rope.Rope core quality is guaranteed,fatigue resistance properties of wire rope is raised through selecting quality and even yarn,rational structure design and effective quality control.
