摘　　要：82B线材拉拔过程中出现笔尖状断裂。显微分析表明,82B线材心部出现马氏体与网状渗碳体,马氏体尺寸为18.588μm×13.887μm,显微硬度HV达650。采用碱性苦味酸钠热蚀后,横截面存在的微孔呈网络状。预防措施：严格控制钢水过热度在20~35℃,单向电磁搅拌及结晶器低幅高频振动;控制开轧温度为980~1 050℃,终轧温度为940~960℃,吐丝温度为860~880℃;斯太尔摩冷却线上风机开启16台,100%风量;为预防加热时产生脱碳,控制炉内气氛为还原性气氛。Penpoint shaped fracture occurred while 82B wire rod was drawn.Microstructure analysis shows： martensite and network cementite occurs in center of 82B wire rod,martensite size is 18.588μm multiple 13.887μm,microhardness reaches HV650.Microscopic pole existing in cross section appears network after the sample is heat eroded by alkaline sodium picrate.Prevention methods： to control the superheat degree of molten steel from 20℃ to 35℃,one way electromagnetic stirring and crystallizer vibration of low amplitude and high frequency.The start rolling temperature is controlled from 980℃ to 1050℃,finishing temperature is from 940℃ to 960℃,wire laying temperature is from 860℃ to 880℃.The sixteen blowers are opened in Stelmor cooling line,air flow is opened 100%.Decarburization should be prevented at heating,furnace atmosphere is controlled to be reducing atmosphere.
