摘 要:显示帘线钢盘条晶界渗碳体有多种方法。采用显微硬度计对晶界渗碳体区域进行定位,4种方法腐蚀帘线钢盘条晶界渗碳体,经苦味酸钠溶液在60℃,腐蚀15 min的组织晶界渗碳体呈黑色,级别高,其他组织不出现;经体积分数为4%硝酸酒精溶液腐蚀的组织晶界渗碳体呈白色,级别很低,铁素体呈白色;经苦味酸酒精溶液在室温腐蚀15 s,250℃保温8 min,组织晶界渗碳体呈白色,级别较低,铁素体呈白色;经体积分数为4%苦味酸酒精溶液腐蚀的组织晶界渗碳体呈白色,级别较高,铁素体呈白色。结果表明,晶界渗碳体清晰度由大到小的顺序为:苦味酸钠溶液腐蚀,苦味酸酒精溶液腐蚀,苦味酸酒精溶液腐蚀加热染,硝酸酒精溶液腐蚀。There are many methods to display the grain boundary cementite(GBC) in steel wire rod for tire cord.Microhardness tester was adopted to locate the area of GBC,GBC in wire rod for tire cord was etched by four methods.The structure was etched by sodium picrate solution at 60℃ for 15 minutes,GBC occured black at a high level,without appearance of other microstructures;The structure was etched by 4% nitric acid alcohol solution,GBC occured white at a very low level with appearance of white ferrite;The structure was etched by picric acid alcohol solution at room temperature for 15 seconds added heat tinting at 250℃ for 8 minutes,GBC occurred white at a lower level with appearance of white ferrite;The structure was etched by 4% picric acid alcohol solution,GBC occurred white at a higher level with white ferrite.Results show that the positive sequence of the clarity of GBC is: sodium picrate solution etching,picric acid alcohol solution etching,picric acid alcohol solution etching added heat tinting,nitric acid alcohol solution etching.
