血清CysC在消化道肿瘤患者中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨消化道肿瘤患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)的水平及其临床意义。方法:应用胶乳增强免疫比浊法测定100例消化道恶性肿瘤患者血清中CysC水平,其中肝癌35例、胃癌35例、结直肠癌30例,同时检测36例良性肿瘤患者和36例正常健康人血清CysC的含量。分析血清CysC水平在三组之间的差异,以及血清CysC与肿瘤转移的相关性。结果:恶性肿瘤患者血清CysC水平明显高于良性肿瘤患者和健康对照组(P<0.01),良性肿瘤患者与正常对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。血清CysC水平在肿瘤转移组中明显高于肿瘤未转移组(P<0.01)。结论:血清CysC可能成为鉴别消化道肿瘤良恶性病变的辅助指标,并有助于判断肿瘤的转移与预后。Objective To study the significance of determination of serum cystatin C（CysC） levels in patients with gastrointestinal carcinomas.Methods Serum CysC was detected by latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetry assay in 100 patients with gastrointestinal carcinomas （including 35 patients with liver cancer,35 patients with gastric cancer and 30 patients with colorectal carcinoma） ,100 patients with benign tumors and 36 controls.Results The levels of serum CysC in patients with malignant tumor were significantly higher than those in patients with benign tumor and controls （P 〈0.01） .There were no significant differences between levels in patients with benign tumor and healthy （P 〈0.05） .The levels of serum CysC in patients with metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without tumor metastasis （P 〈0.01） .Conclusion Serum CysC may be a useful parameter to identify gastrointestinal carcinomas,and to predict tumor metastasis and prognosis.
