男性阻塞性呼吸睡眠暂停低通气综合征患者红细胞特征改变的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的红细胞计数及红细胞平均体积、红细胞平均压积的改变与其病情严重程度的关系,及OSAHS与心脑血管疾病的关系。方法对90例男性OSAHS患者整夜多导睡眠图进行分析,按照OSAHS分级标准:AHI5～20为轻度;AHI21～40为中度;AHI>41为重度分组,对各组OSAHS患者及对照组患者的红细胞计数及红细胞平均体积、红细胞平均压积进行检测。结果轻度OSAHS组患者红细胞计数及红细胞平均体积、红细胞平均压积与对照组均无明显差异;中度OSAHS组的患者红细胞计数、红细胞平均压积高于对照组;重度OSAHS组患者红细胞计数及红细胞压积均明显高于对照组,中度OSAHS组与重度OSAHS组患者红细胞计数及红细胞压积差异无统计学意义,两者与AHI呈正相关(r=0.353;0.248)。结论 OSAHS患者的红细胞计数及红细胞压积升高,与OSAHS的严重程度呈正相关。OSAHS是心脑血管疾病的危险因素。Objective To investigate the changes of red blood cell count（RBC）、mean corpuscular volume and hematocrit（Hct） in male patients with obstructive sleep apnea/hypoventilation syndrome（OSAHS）.Methods 90 male patients with OSAAS night poly somnography were anaiyzed,in accoralance with OSAAS cassification standard;AHI 5～20 mild;AHI 21～40 for the mediam;AHI 741 severe group of patients in each group and OSAAS red blood count in control group and mean corpuscudar volume,mean corpuscular hematocrit tosting.Results The level of red blood cell count（RBC）、mean corpuscular volume and hematocrit（Hct）in mild OSAHS group were the same to those in control group.The levels of red blood cell count（RBC） and hematocrit（Hct）in moderate OSAS group were higher than those in control group.The levels of red blood cell count（RBC）and hematocrit（Hct）in severe OSAHS group were obviously higher than those in control group.red blood cell count（RBC） and hematocrit（Hct） are both proportional to AHI（r= r=0.353;0.248）.Conclusion The patints with OSAHS are associated with elevated red blood cell count（RBC） and hematocrit（Hct）.The severity of OSAHS is proportional to them.So OSAHS is one of the cardiovascular or cerebrovascular risk factors.
