摘　　要：目的探讨生长抑素联合小剂量垂体后叶激素治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法将我院120例肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组使用生长抑素,治疗组加用小剂量垂体后叶激素。结果治疗组总有效率为78.3%,显著高于对照组的53.3%;治疗组止血时间(20.4±6.5)h,对照组为(37.6±10.4)h。治疗组出现腹痛,不同程度腹泻、排便感,心悸、胸闷、血压高等症状18.1%(11/60),对照组出现上述不良反应15.0%(9/60)。上述2组总有效率及止血时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用生长抑素联合小剂量垂体后叶激素治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血,提高了治疗效果,不良反应未见明显增加,适合在基层医院试用。Objective Study of somatostatin combined with small dose of posterior pituitary hormone therapy liver cirrhosis esophageal variceal bleeding.Methods 120 cases of esophageal variceal bleeding patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in our hospital,in the control group patients were used somatostatin,treatment group patients were added posterior pituitary hormones.Results Treatment group the total effective rate was 78.3%,was significantly higher than control group＇s 53.3%,treatment group hemostasis time was（20.4±6.5）h,the control group was（37.6±10.4）h.control group,abdominal pain,varying degrees of diarrhea,stool flu,heart palpitations,chest tightness,symptoms of high blood pressure 51.7%（31/60）,treatment group,adverse reactions 16.7%（10/60）.All the differences significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Use somatostatin combined with small dose of posterior pituitary hormone therapy of esophageal variceal hemorrhage in cirrhosis of the liver,and markedly increase the therapeutic effect,less side effects and is suitable for promoting the use of the hospital at the grassroots level.
