益气舒肝汤对单纯收缩期高血压病肝气虚证患者血清SOD、MDA的影响

摘　　要：目的研究益气舒肝汤对单纯收缩期高血压病(ISH)肝气虚证患者血清过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的影响,探讨益气舒肝汤治疗ISH肝气虚证患者可能的作用机理。方法选择单纯收缩期高血压病(ISH)肝气虚证患者80例,随机分为2组,治疗组服用益气舒肝汤,对照组服用非洛地平,分别检测2组治疗前与治疗4周后SOD、MDA的含量。结果 2组患者治疗4周后,血清SOD活性均增高,MDA含量均下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.01)。结论益气舒肝汤能提高单纯收缩期高血压病(ISH)肝气虚证患者SOD活性,降低MDA含量。通过清除过多的氧自由基,防止血管内皮细胞脂质过氧化,从而改善血管内皮功能。提高机体的抗氧化能力,达到降压目的。Objective To study the effect of Yiqishugan decoction to Isolated Systolic Hypertension（ISH） by observing the changes of Superoxide Dismutase（SOD）、Maleic Dialdehyde（MDA） in hypertension patients of 1、2 period of EH with insufficiency of the Qi of the liver.Methods Eighty cases of ISH were selected and divided into two groups randomly（treatment group and western medicine control group）,and treated with Yiqishugan decoction and Filodipine respectively for four weeks.Ten cases were normal people,treated nothing（normal group）.After four weeks,we observed the changes of SOD.MDA in serum among the three groups.The curative effects on BP.Chinese medical syndromes were observed between treatment group and control group.Results Before treatment,SOD were low and MDA was high in both group,which was a markedly different between the normal groups（P〈0.01）.After 4 weeks treatment,After treatment,SOD were rise and MDA was fall more markedly than that of before treatment（P〈0.01）.There was a markedly different between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Yiqishugan decoction can rise the contention of SOD in serum and decrease the contention of MDA in serum,which can protect endothelium cell function well.
