宫瘤消片提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:确定宫瘤消片最佳水提取工艺,为该制剂开发成中药新药提供依据。方法:以芍药苷的提取量和浸膏得率作为评价指标,采用正交试验优选仙鹤草、牡蛎、土鳖子、党参、白术、吴茱萸、白花蛇舌草水提方法。结果:取其白花蛇舌草等七味加水煎煮2次,第1次加12倍量水,煎煮1.5h;第2次加10倍量水,煎煮1h。结论:本法经济、合理、可行。Obejective：To provide the basis for the development of new drug by determination the optimal extraction process of Gongliuxiao Tablets with water.Methods：The conditions for the extraction process of Hairyvein Agrimonia Herb,oysters,eupolyphaga sinensis walker,Pilose asiabell root,Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome,Medicinal Evodia Immature Fruit and Spreading Hedyotis Herb with water were optimized by orthogonal test,employing the content of peoniflorin and extracting ratio as indexes.Results：Studied on the extraction：the optimum water extracting of Spreading Hedyotis Herb and other herbs condition was 12 times and 10 times of water for 2 cycles,the extracting time was 1.5 hour and 1 hour each time.Conclusion：The established process of Gongliuxiao Tablets is economic,rational and feasible.
