汶川震灾伤员现场急救处理78例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨第一时间伤员的有效处置办法。方法将伤员按轻中重分组,针对其处理结果,分析有效方法。结果治愈75例,死亡3例,死亡率3.8%。伤口1期愈合45例,化脓性感染3例,感染率4.7%。无烈性传染病感染。结论处置地震伤员,训练有素的医务人员,遵循轻重缓急,内外兼治的原则是至关重要的。Objective The first casualty of the effective disposal methods. Methods Wounded in the light heavy division,for its handling of results,analysis effective way. Results Cured 75 cases,three cases of death,the mortality rate of 3.8 percent. A healing wound 45 cases,three cases of purulent infection,the infection rate of 4.7 percent. No high-transmitted infections. Conclusion Disposal of earthquake injured,a well-trained medical personnel,to follow the order of priority,both inside and outside Jianzhi the principle is of utmost importance.
