摘 要:对沿海某大型储罐振冲碎石桩复合地基充水预压过程监测资料进行了分析,探讨了充水预压过程中地基应力分布和变形特征.结果表明:用振冲碎石桩法加固后的储罐软土地基变形协调性良好,罐底最大平面倾斜16 mm,最大非平面倾斜7 mm;环墙基础钢筋内力最大值74 kN,仅为设计值的60%;罐底板桩土应力比在2左右;最大孔隙水压力系数0.27.由此可见,用振冲碎石桩法加固储罐软土地基是成功的,可在类似工程中推广使用.The monitoring data of pre-compressed water filling for treating the composite foundation of a coastal large scale storage tank by use of vibroflotation crushed stone piles were analyzed.The stress distribution and deformation characteristics of the foundation during the process of pre-compressed water filling were discussed.The results indicate that the foundation of the large scale storage tank treated by use of the vibroflotation crushed stone piles exhibits satisfactory coordination.The largest plane incline of the tank bottom is 16 mm,and the largest non-plane incline is 7 mm.The largest stress of steel bars in the ring wall is 74 kN,which is only 60% of the design value.The stress ratio between the piles and the soil at the tank bottom is about 2.The largest coefficient of pore water pressure is 0.27.It is seen that the method of vibroflotation crushed stone piles is successful in treating the soft foundation of large scale storage tanks,and it can be applied to similar projects.
