摘  要:以辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)CMS三系的不育系与相应杂交种幼苗为材料,研究了辣椒幼苗叶片对低温弱光及低温弱光胁迫后强光的响应。结果表明:随着低温弱光胁迫程度的增加,辣椒幼苗叶片POD活性提高,CAT活性下降,MDA含量和脯氨酸含量增加。强光恢复处理1天后,CAT活性、SOD活性和不育系的POD活性均下降;MDA含量、脯氨酸含量和杂交种的POD活性增加;4天后,SOD活性和CAT活性得到一定程度的恢复,MDA含量持续增加,脯氨酸含量进一步降低;极端低温(5℃/5℃)处理的幼苗叶片POD活性增加,10℃/10℃处理的幼苗POD活性降低。The CMS' s sterile line and its corresponding coenospecies of the hot pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) were taken as experimental material, the experiment studied on the response mechanism of the hot pepper seedling leaf to low temperature and poor light and to high light after the stress immidiately. The result showed that: along with the extent of low temperature and poor light stress, the vigor of SOD in pepper leaves increased, CAT decreased, the content of MDA and proline increased. Then under high light, the vigor of CAT,SOD and POD of sterile line decreased, while the content of MDA, proline and the vigor of hybridize' s POD increased after the first day; After dealing with such a high light 4 days, the activity of SOD and CAT recovered to some extent, while MDA increased and the proline decreased continuously.Under the extreme low temperature (5℃/5℃) , POD' s activity increased, while under 10 ℃/10℃ , it decreased.
