暗示性心理护理在癔症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨暗示性心理护理对癔症患者效果的影响。方法 100例癔症患者分为研究组(56例)和对照组(44例),2组均进行常规药物治疗和护理,研究组在此基础上实施针对性的暗示性心理护理。结果住院半月后研究组BPRS、NORS评分明显降低,而GAS评分明显提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论暗示性心理护理能明显缓解癔症患者的症状,促进患者的早日康复。Objective Investigate the implied psychological care of patients on the effect of hysteria.Methods Take 100 cases of hysteria were divided into study groups（56 cases） and control group（44 cases）.Both two groups take normal drug treatment and routine care.Base on the normal treatment and routine care the study group will also add the implied psychological care.Results After the hospital a half months,BPRS,NORS score decreased significantly of the study group,while GAS scores were significantly improved,with the control group the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implied psychological care can relieve the symptoms of patients with hysteria,and promote early recovery of patients.
