血液稀释平衡免疫疗法在治疗成人肾病综合征的临床应用及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究血液稀释平衡免疫疗法治疗成人肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法运用JWS型双波导+平衡调节治疗仪,配合常规药物治疗与单纯采用普通常规药物治疗成人肾综8周后的效果比较。结果 JWS型双波导+平衡调节治疗仪,配合常规药物治疗比单纯采用常规药物治疗成人肾综无论在临床症状恢复与尿蛋白消失时间上都有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论血液稀释+平衡免疫疗法是辅佐治疗成人肾病综合征的新途径之一,疗效优于单纯传统疗法。Objective To reseach the clinical result of treating adult nephritic symdrome with the approach of hemodilution ＋balance of immune therapy.Methods Comparing the result of adopting JWS doublewave conductivity＋therapeutic instrument for balance of adjustment to treat adult nephritin symdrome,assorted by conventional medication in treatment groupA（n=60） with that of singly employing conventional medication in control group B（n=60）.Results The former has greater advantage than thr latter in recovery in clinical symptoms and the time of urokinase protien＇s disappearance（P〈0.05）.Conclution The approach of hemodilution＋balance of immune therapy is one of the new,auxiliary approaches to treat adult nephritic symdrome,whose result is better than single conditional medication.
