摘　　要：针对《物流业调整和振兴规划》中的"制造业与物流业联动发展工程",文中在SCM环境下对两业联动发展模式进行探析,首先指出物流战略联盟是SCM环境下制造业与物流业联动发展、合作共赢的理想模式,然后介绍SCM环境下两业联动发展物流战略联盟的具体合作形式,最后给出SCM环境下两业联动发展物流战略联盟的实施要点。Against the ＂Joint-development Project of Manufacturing and Logistics Industry＂ in the ＂Restructuring and Revitalization Plan in Logistics Industry＂,the paper explores the joint-developing mode of the two industry under the SCM environment.First of all,the article points out that the logistics strategic alliance is the ideal model which leads to joint development and win-win cooperation,and then introduces the specific cooperation forms,and finally gives the implementation elements.
