摘　　要：行业物流公共信息平台是利用现代信息与通信等技术,有效地整合行业内的各种物流信息资源,将信息实现充分共享,从而使物流运作效率提高、节约资源、提升行业综合竞争力。文中从山西省煤炭行业物流目前存在的问题着手分析了建立山西省煤炭行业物流公共信息平台的意义,在此基础上对不同用户对平台的需求进行了分析,继而对平台的功能和结构进行了规划与设计,最后提出了平台的运营策略。Industry Logistics Public Information Platform can effectively integrate various logistics information resources and fully share of them by using the modern information and communication technology,thus it can is raise working efficiency,save logistics resources,promote the comprehensive competitiveness of industry.This article,from Shanxi coal industry logistics existing problem to start,analysis the significance of the establishment of this platform in Shanxi province,analysis the requirement of the function to different users,then plan and design the function and structure of the platform,finally propose operating strategy for the platform.
