摘　　要：从股权结构这一微观角度,研究风险投资机构、风险企业家和初始投资者三主体之间如何参与激励过程,稳定合作,制衡投资者行为等相关财务治理因素的定量分析模型的构建。This thesis builds and studies the model of financial governance factors,which include inspiration,cooperation and balance among venture capital institution,venture entrepreneur and initial investors from the perspective of ownership structure.
