摘 要:安全完整性等级(SIL)技术是一项用于评估安全联锁系统安全完整性的新兴技术,针对装置当前联锁及其保护设置,依据IEC61511系列标准,对联锁不足、存在拒动作可能的联锁回路进行定量计算和评估,对联锁过度和误动作可能性较大的联锁回路提出相应的改进意见,减小误跳车发生的可能性,提高装置安全水平。建立了与中国石化镇海炼化分公司相适应的联锁系统安全完整性评估方法,纠正了标准应用中存在的误区。利用评估获得的结果对装置的联锁系统进行了优化,联锁的可靠性与安全性得到了提高,具有应用推广的价值。SIL is an innovative technology used for the evaluation of safety instrumented system, SIL has been applied in many installations in the company. Based on IEC61511 series standars, quantitative calculation and assesment of some interlock loops which are possible to refuse to have action or short of interlock, some improved ideas are proposed for some interlock loops which have more interlocks and easy to have wrong actions. It can reduce the possibility to have wrong trip to happen and increase the unit safety level. A systematic SIL procedure was constructed in the company. Mistakes in the application of SIS and SlL related standards are corrected The SIS in many installations are optimized and the safety and anti spurious trip performance of SIS loops are improved. It is believed that SIL technology is benefit for the application of SIS in petrochemical industry and of great application significance.
