涤棉织物一浴练染工艺

摘　　要：通过对分散染料耐碱稳定性和耐氧漂稳定性,及一浴练染剂RTK的pH值和练漂效果的分析,提出了涤棉织物一浴练染工艺。结果表明,采用耐碱分散染料、适量一浴练染剂和双氧水可实现涤棉织物一浴练染效果。该工艺可获得与传统工艺相当的加工质量,且手感更好,颜色更鲜艳,经济效益更显著。One-bath scouring and dyeing process of cotton/polyester fabric was put forward based on the stabilities of disperse dyes in alkali solution and hydrogen peroxide solution, as well as pH value and scouring effects of one-bath scouring-dyeing agent RTK. The results showed that one-bath scouring and dyeing process of cotton/polyester fabric could be realized with appropriate alkali-resistant disperse dyes, certain amount of one-bath scouring-dyeing agents and hydrogen peroxide. Compared with the conventional process, the one-bath process could obtain similar quality, better handle, more brilliant shade and higher economic benefit.
