摘 要:采用复合精练酶KDN-301对纯棉针织面料进行前处理,探讨了各工艺因素对处理效果的影响,并与传统煮练工艺进行对比。结果表明,其较佳应用工艺为:精练酶KDN-301 1 g/L,去油剂DO-165 1 g/L,55℃处理30 min后,再80℃处理15 min。与传统煮练工艺对比,该工艺节水、节能、省时,尤其适用于中深色品种的加工。采用该工艺处理针织面料,织物失重小,毛效高,手感柔软饱满,染色牢度高,匀染性好,可满足生产要求。Pretreatment of cotton knits was carried out with Prepzyme KDN-30I. Influences of process parameters on pretreatment results were discussed. The results showed that optimum process was scouring enzyme KDN-3011g/L, degreaser DO- 1651g/L,reaction at 55 ℃ for 30 minutes firstly and then 80 ℃ for 15 minutes. Compared with conventional scouring process, this bio-pretreatment could save water, energy and time, and was suited for medium and deep color products particularly. Cotton knits pretreated with this process featured little weight loss, high capillary effect, soft handle, good color fastness and evenness.
