摘  要:在硫酸介质和Fe^(3+)催化剂条件下,壬基酚能灵敏地阻抑过氧化氢氧化氨基黑褪色,因而可将其用于测定纺织品中痕量壬基酚。壬基酚阻抑褪色反应的最佳条件:氨基黑溶液0.4 mL,H_2SO_4溶液0.4 mL,H_2O_2用量0.25 mL,Fe^(3+)溶液0.25 mL,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为9 min。在0~8 mg/L范围内,△A与壬基酚的浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程△A=0.006 6 C-0.001 4,该方法检出限为4.45×10^(-4)mg/L。用于纺织品中壬基酚的测定,其回收率为89.2%~96.5%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~6.70%。A new method of determining nonylphenol in textiles has been obtained by inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometry. In the sulfuric acid medium, trace nonylphenol can sensitively inhibit the discoloration of amido black by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of ferric solution. The effects of various important parameters on the sensitivity of the method are examined in detail and the optimum conditions are given below: 0.4 mL amido black, 0.4 mL H2SO4 solution, 0o 25 mL H202 solution, 0.25 mL ferric solution,reaction at 90 ℃ for 9 minutes. There is a good linear relationship between △A and the concentration of nonyl- phenol in the range from 0 to 8 mg/L. The linear equation is △A = 0.006 6C -0.001 4, and the detection limit reaches 4.45 × 10 ^-4 mg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of nonylphenol in textiles with the relative standard deviation of 1. 2% -6.70 % (n = 5), and the standard addition recoveries of 89.2% - 96.5 %.
