清络方活性部位的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究清络方(苦参,青风藤、黄柏)活性部位的化学成分,阐明其抑制血管新生作用的物质基础。方法:采用硅胶、氧化铝、葡聚糖凝胶等多种柱层析手段,根据化合物性质和紫外、质谱、核磁光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从清络方活性部位中分离得到17个化合物,其中的2个化合物:石虎柠檬素A和正二十六烷酸属首次在组成清络方的三味中药苦参、青风藤、黄柏中发现;根据结构类型和生源途径推测石虎柠檬素A很可能来源于黄柏,而正二十六烷酸来源于苦参。结论:分离得到的化合物能部分反映出该复方的活性部位。AIM：To investigate the chemical constituents of the effective fractions from Qingluo Prescription（Radix sophorae flavescentis;Caulis sinomenii;Cortex phellodendri chinensis）.METHODS：The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,alumina,sephadex gel and their structures were determined on the basis of their spectroscopic evidence,including UV,MS and NMR data.RESULTS：Seventeen compounds had been isolated and identified as β-sitosterol,hexacosanoic acid,shihulinmonin A,obaculactone,matrine,sophocarpine,acutumine,sinomenine,oxymatrine,oxysophocarpine acutumidine,daucosterol,triforlirhizin,palmatine,berberine,syringin and syringaresinol-4,4＇-O-bis-β-D-glucoside.According to the structure style and biogenesis,shihulinmonin A propbably originated from Cortex phellodendri chinensis and hexacosanoic acid from Radix sophorae flavescentis.CONCLUSION：The compounds obtained are main constituents in the effective fractions from Qingluo Prescription.
