摘　　要：目的:研究中药麻黄根(Ephedra root)的化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱法分离,运用多种波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从麻黄根乙醇提取液的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、麻黄宁D(3)、麻黄宁E(4)、麻黄酚A(5)、表阿夫儿茶精(6)、辛酸乙酯(7)。结论:化合物1、2、6、7均为首次从该种中药中分离得到。AIM：To study the chemical constituents of Ephedra root（Radix et Rhizoma ephedrae）.METHODS：Isolation and purification were carried out by silica gel column chromatographic and Toyopearl HW-40F.Compounds were identified and elucidated by spectral and chemical methods.RESULTS：Seven compounds were obtained from ethyl acetate extract fraction of ethanol extraction of Ephedra root.Their structures were identified as β-sitosterol（1）、stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（2）、Mahuannin D（3）、Mahuannin E（4）、ephedrannin A（5）、epiafzelechin（6）、ethyl caprylate（7）.CONCLUSION：Compound 1、2、6、7 are reported from Ephedra root for the first time.
