摘　　要：目的:探讨护理信息系统的改进与完善。方法:针对原有护理系统中存在的问题,指出护理综合管理信息系统的研发目标,并介绍了新系统的设计理念和实现过程。结果:该系统的应用提高了工作效率、改善了服务质量、优化了资源配置、强化了管理。结论:该系统适用于目前临床的需要。Objective To discuss the improvement of the information system for nursing management.Methods According to the existing problems in the nursing system,the objectives of the system were presented and the design process was introduced.Results The new system achieves greater efficiency in enhancing quality,optimizing resources,improving services and strengthening management purposes.Conclusion The management information nursing system is suitable for clinical.
