摘　　要：目的:设计一套基于B/S架构的开放式远程医疗影像信息管理系统,以便支持跨区域间实现DICOM和非DICOM等任何图像的上传,支持跨区域的任何基层医院医生和专家都可在授权条件下通过该系统进行诊断报告生成和打印,并提供与其他系统整合的接口。方法:使用ASP.NET2.0与ORACLE9i为开发环境来开发该系统。结果:通过自主研发管理系统并与第三方成熟的图像传输技术相结合,可加快研发速度,并在实际应用操作中提供了可能。结论:方便了跨区域间不同格式图像的上传、异地远程专家对图像的会诊及跨区域的诊断报告生成,并为未来远程放射学实践提供了可能。Objective To design an open telemedicine image information management system based on B/S structure so as to support the upload of trans-regional DICOM and non-DICOM photo files,which also supports information download by the authorized medical personnel from the covered area and provides integrative interfaces with other medical informational systems.Methods The system uses ASP.NET 2.0 and ORACLE 9i as the development environment.Results The system is developed in a short period of time and is workable in practice.Conclusion The system greatly facilitates trans-regional download/upload of images in different formats and make preparation for future teleradiology.
