摘　　要：目的:研制一种新型的用于心血管危险评估及筛查的便携式简易人体测量装置。方法:将小型人体磅秤、微量血糖血脂仪、电子计算器及分别经过改良的踝肱电子血压计、人体周径测量尺、使用说明、评估卡整装于一个具有拉杆式身高测量仪的便携箱内,用于基层部队心血管危险筛查。结果:该便携式简易人体测量装置设计轻巧,使用方便,对于心血管危险因素评估及分层可获得与实验及特诊检查后综合评估相同的效果。结论:该便携式简易人体测量装置大大提高了基层部队医疗单位预测评估心血管代谢危险的能力,值得进一步研究推广。Objective To develop a new portable body measurement device used for evaluating the risk of cardiovascular diseases.Methods The small-sized weighing scales,blood sugar and blood lipid meter,an electronic calculator and the improved ankle brachial electronic device,body circumference measurement scale,the instruction and the evaluation cards are integrated into a portable suitcase that has a telescoping height measurement rod so as to evaluate the risks of cardiovascular diseases in the basic-level military units.Results The smartly designed device is convenient to use,which is as effective as laboratory test and special clinic check of the risk of cardiovascular diseases.Conclusion The device improves the ability of evaluating the risk of cardiovascular diseases in the basic-level military hospitals.
