摘  要:目的:设计一种应用于数字化手术室的手术示教系统,用于远程实时手术教学和手术观摩。方法:采用Stryker手术室数字化控制系统及音视频矩阵,连接数字化手术间与示教室及会场的音视频设备,通过光端机将所需传送的音视频信号转换为光信号并输送至光纤,经传输后解调还原为音视频信号传送至会场及手术室,实现音视频信号的数字化双向传输。结果:该系统实现了42个手术间与8个示教室及会场的双向音视频信号连接,不同会场及手术间可同步进行实时手术观摩与教学。结论:该系统不仅可完成上百场次的远程手术观摩与教学,还可满足国际大型高端学术会议的需求,降低了建设成本,为医院节约了大量开支。Objective To develop a surgical demonstration and teaching system in digital operating room which can be used for remote real-time surgical education and surgical observation.Methods The Stryker digital control system for operating rooms and A/V matrix are used to connect the A/V equipment that used in digital operating rooms and classrooms or meeting rooms.The A/V signal are converted to optical signal by PDH and then transmitted to optical fiber;the demodulator will restore the A/V signals and transmit then to the meeting rooms or operating rooms,which realize bidirection transmission of digital A/V signals.Results The system realizes bi-direction transmission of A/V signal between 42 operating rooms and 8 classrooms or meeting rooms,which can offer real-time surgical teaching and observation.Conclusion This system has completed more than 100 remote surgical teachings and observations so far,which not only meets the requirements of large-scale international academic meetings but also reduces costs of the hospitals.
