摘  要:目的:改进设计碎石机高压传输线,使之具有防松动功能。方法:在传输线的高压插头内部安装压簧,传输线正极通过压簧顶紧电极正极,使传输线正极和电极正极之间保持一定的压力,从而避免传输线的松脱。结果:与传统的传输线相比,防松传输线和反射杯的寿命提高了3倍以上。结论:防松脱传输线可以很好地解决传输线的松脱问题,延长了传输线和反射杯的寿命,使碎石机故障率大大降低,在操作性、方便性、可靠性和经济性方面都能满足医院的要求。Objective To improve the design of the transmission cable in ESWL so as to make it have the anti-loosening function.Methods The compression spring is installed inside the high pressure plugs of the transmission cable so as to keep proper pressure between the positive pole of the cable and the positive electrode to make them tightly connected.Results The life of the improved transmission cable and reflector has increased more than 3 times than the traditionally used ones.Conclusion The improved transmission cable can effectively solve the problems of loosening,which greatly reduces the failure rate of the ESWL.Due to the strongly libration of the reflector and electrode in the during spark gap discharge,High voltage transmission cable connected on reflector will become loose.This will lead to ESWL troubles frequently.In this paper,an anti-loose high voltage transmission cable,in which a pressure spring is used,is introduced
