成人麻疹74例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析总结成人麻疹的临床特点。方法回顾性分析74例成人麻疹的临床资料与发病原因。结果成人麻疹的临床特点是全身中毒症状重、体温高、皮疹多、持续时间长,并发症多以肺炎、肝功能损害为主。结论由于麻疹发病的多样性与不典型性,在诊治和预防方面应受到重视。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of adult measles sum.Methods A retrospective analysis of 74 cases of adult measles clinical data and etiology.Results The clinical features of adult measles symptoms of systemic poisoning,heavy,high temperature,rash and more long-lasting,more complications with pneumonia,liver dysfunction dominated.Conclusion Because of the diversity of measles and non-typical,in the treatment and prevention should be taken seriously.
