摘　　要：为了在玻璃纤维生产中提高发现问题的能力,在玻璃纤维制品中应用了接收质量限AQL值、抽样检验、二项式计算接收、概率等原理,将玻纤制品的检测数据转化成可以量化且直观的百分比数值,用来判断客户的接收情况,从而达到降低质量问题发生的概率,起到玻纤制品生产中问题产生的预警作用。In order to enhance the ability of finding problems in glass fiber production,such quality control means as acceptable quality limit （AQL）,sample inspection,acceptance by binomial calculation and probability are used for glass fiber products.The test data are converted to quantifiable and intuitional percentage values to be used to evaluate product acceptance by customers so as to reduce the probability of quality problems in glass fiber production and provide warning against such problems.
