摘 要:本文以单向电压源高频链逆变技术为基础设计了一种由直流变换环节和逆变环节两级级联组成的软开关1kVA/115V/400Hz单相正弦波逆变器。前级DC/DC直流变换环节采用双管正激电路,应用零电压转换谐振技术实现软开关;后级DC/AC逆变环节采用全桥电路,应用高频脉冲直流环节逆变技术实现软开关,克服了依靠辅助谐振网络实现软开关结构复杂、控制难度大的缺陷。最后在空载、阻性负载条件下对研制的小功率逆变器样机进行了实验。实验结果表明该逆变器两级变换环节基本上实现了开关器件的零电压开关,输出电压稳定,输出波形质量较高。A lkVA/115V/400Hz soft-switching single-phase inverter based on unidirectional voltage source, high frequency chain inversion technology is designed in the paper. The preceding stage DC/DC converter adopts the PWM control double-tube forward circuit and realizes soft-switching by resonance technology. The back stage DC/AC converter adopts the DPM control full-bridge circuit and also realizes soft-switching by changing on-off state of the switching tubes at the zero-voltage instant of the pulse direct current, and gets over the problems of using the subsidiary resonance network. Experiments with a low-power model machine in the condition of no- load and resistance load. The results indicate that the inverter has good performance in terms of output wave and efficiency.
