摘 要:】采用冶金加工技术,用离心浇铸法制备了Bi-2212相超导圆筒。该方法克服了固相反应法混合不均匀,反应不完整,样品重现性差和Tc较低的缺点;详细地研究了离心浇铸法的各项工艺参数(石墨模具、不锈钢模具的选择及其预热温度T、模具转速n、物料熔化温度T),这种方法可以浇铸出任意尺寸的超导圆筒(Φ45×40~Φ60×50mm)。离心浇铸法的关键是确定铸型的转速(n≥1000r.min-1)、熔体熔化的温度(1000℃~1100℃)及其保温的时间(20min左右)和原料中粘结剂的选择,使按不同名义配比的物料(Bi∶Sr∶Ca∶Cu=2∶2∶1∶2;4∶3∶3∶4;1∶1∶1∶2)均能浇铸出结构致密、表面光滑、机械性能好的圆筒。在原料中加入适量的SrSO4。Bi-2212 superconductive tubes are prepared by centrifugal casting method according to the metallurgical procession technology. It has overcome the shortcomings of inhomogeneous composition, incomplete reaction, low reappearance rate and Tc, which has be caused by the solid reaction method. The corresponding technological parameters of the centrifugal casting method(including the selection for the graphite mould, stainless steel mould, preheating temperature, rotating rate of the mould n, stuff melting temperature T) have been thoroughly studied. The arbitrary dimension superconductive hollow cylinder (45×40mm~60×50mm) can be made according to this method. The key point is to determine the rotating rate of the mould (n≥1000r.min -1 ); melting temperature (1000℃~1100℃); preserving time and viscose in the material. We can obtain glossy surface hollow cylinder with dense structure and good mechanical properties by choosing different nominal prescription of Bi∶Sr∶Ca∶Cu=2∶2∶1∶2;4∶3∶3∶4;1∶1∶1∶2.
