摘　　要：DZL蒸汽锅炉中烟管与管板连接采用焊接方式的越来越多,由此也产生了些新问题,较常见就是后管板高温区与烟管连接处角焊缝出现裂纹,作者通过对其原因分析,从而提出一些解决方案,希望对提高锅炉产品质量有所帮助。In DZL steam boilers the connections of flue tubes and tube plates are more and more using weld method, whick cause new problems. The common one is that fillet weld crack would paaear in the connection of back tube plate high - temp area and flue tube. The writer provides some solutions by analysing the cause to contribute to increase product quality of boiler.
